Run Executable at NT Boot
This program
runs the specified executable or batch file when your NT Computer is booted. This program
is an NT Service. Some uses: execute a .bat file to log that the Server was booted, make
sure your SQL Server is started before launching an application that requires it.

When you install the service you will be asked to enter
the file to execute. Just enter the file and any needed command line parameters.
